Living Under the Lemon Trees is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. There is a $50.00 dog rent per dog per month and a $35.00 per cat per month pet rent. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.
 

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds.
